The Aftermath of a Homecoming

Hello all,

Today's been a fairly quiet and relaxed day; it makes for quite a sharp contrast to yesterday's wild antics and parties. There's been a high number of hungover students today, but at least nobody is throwing trash bags through 8th-story windows anymore. I don't have much time to post tonight, but I decided to compile a short list of songs for a Sunday morning.

Scott Matthews - Eyes Wider Than Before (2010)

Death Cab for Cutie - Stay Young, Go Dancing (2011)

Lisa Hannigan - What'll I Do (2012)

I hope everyone's had a good weekend! See you all next week.

  1. Ohhh how was Homecoming? And wow, trash bag tossing? I wonder how the people down below felt...

Secondly, we should go tea tasting some day. You can give me all your recommendations.

Lastly, all great recommendations this week. I especially loved the song by Death Cab for Cutie.

  2. Homecoming was pretty crazy. I think I might make a post about it over the weekend, and I can tell you about it next Friday :)
We shall go tea tasting someday, and Elizabeth can take you to David's Tea for a tea tour. Have you been to Westboro or the Glebe yet? If not, we should go to them with Ashley some day; they're my absolute favourite neighbourhoods in the city, and there's so many little shops in them that that I love :D
Thank you, I'm glad you liked them! What sort of music do you listen to? I don't think I've ever seen your (or even Ashley's) music library.

    1. I haven't been to Westboro or the Glebe yet! Shame right?

We definitely need to send each other "mix tapes" so we can know each other's taste in music. But I absolutely love this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgRb_lfIZ6A
